Hotel Accommodations

MOAPA has secured a discounted room rate of $199 per night + tax for the Conference. The rate is available until June 18, 2025, or until the block sells out. Hotel reservations can be made by going online to oldkinderhook.com, click "Book Now", and enter Group Attendee room block discount code 070925MOPA.  To make your reservations by phone, call 573-317-4314 and give them the same code.

Check-In/Out Time:
Our check-in time is 4 PM; check-out time is 11 AM. All guests arriving before 4 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. Hotel bellmen can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

Early Departure Fee:
If a guest checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, the Hotel will add an early check-out fee to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early check-out fee should advise the Hotel 48 hours prior to day of arrival.
