The speakers listed above may have been supported by educational grants from pharmaceutical companies. Every effort has been made to reduce bias towards a certain product. If a speaker was provided by a direct grant, a ‘special’ evaluation form has been placed in your course notebook to complete. Please fill these forms out and return them to the CME committee so we can meet CME evaluation requirements for the AAPA. There are also disclosure forms that each speaker must complete which list any affiliations the speaker has with pharmaceutical companies. You are welcome to view these forms.
We certainly value your input when it comes to topics for future conference so we encourage you to list topics you would be interested in on the conference evaluation forms.
