Provides a centralized administrative support role to APPs across BJC MedGroup
Role Purpose
This role oversees, aligns, and sets standards for advanced practice providers across BJCMG ambulatory, hospital medicine, and specialty practices to ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. It reports to Chief Medical Officer and collaborates with Physician and Operations leadership to develop strategy and processes to ensure high standards of patient care through proper credentialing, collaborative practice arrangements and professional development. The position works to build strong strategic partnerships and coalitions to advance the APP practice and their role as a direct patient care provider within the ambulatory setting. It supports advocacy efforts for legislative changes allowing APPs to practice at the top of license and education.
