Greetings! We would like to invite you to participate in the MOAPA Annual Primary Care Update being held at the Hilton Branson Hotel and Convention Center from November 3-5, 2022. On Friday the 4th, and Saturday the 5th, the conference will feature an exhibit hall where various companies can present their products and/or services to our attendees. The target audience for the conference includes over 125 physician assistants and any other healthcare providers of interest who wish to attend.

The exhibit hall space at the Hilton Convention Center is expansive, which allows us room for growth if necessary. We truly are humbled by the amount of support that we have received through the years from our Exhibitors. We could not run a successful conference without you. If this is your first time attending, welcome!

We have implemented a simplified level of sponsorship this year.  The incorporation of a QR reader process in the exhibit hall for those who chose the Silver level of sponsorship or higher. The cost difference in the Bronze and Silver level is to cover the cost from the company for this technology. Otherwise, they would bill it to you directly, so wanting to simplify the process, I incorporated it into a level of sponsorship. If you break it down, that means at the Silver Level, you would be getting the online advertising and hyperlink for free! Process wise, the attendees will have a QR code on their name badge that you will scan and have their contact information. This will be through an app, and you can use the company’s phone/tablet or your own for this process. In years past, we had to send an attendee list after the fact, which can take a while as we are finalizing things from the conference. This way, you would have contacts immediately. This will be the way you obtain the attendee list this year, so if an attendee list is desired, please select the Silver level of Sponsorship. To reserve your booth space today, you must return the form entitled “Display Fee Agreement” to Amanda Bartlett at  moapaconference@gmail.com .  There are designated times for attendees to visit the exhibit hall, and those times, as well as any other pertinent information, can be found in the form entitled “Request for Exhibit Hall Display.”  We have various levels of sponsorship for the Exhibit Hall, and a list of those levels can be found and the form Contribution Levels and Exhibit Opportunities - 2022.  All levels are available on a first come, first serve basis.

   2:55  -  3:55 PM - Exclusive Exhibit Hall break.

   2:55  - 3:55 PM - Exclusive Exhibit Hall break.

9:30 AM - 4:00 PM - Exhibit Hall will be open to attendees should they want to come by for additional information during lectures. It will be up to each individual exhibitor if they wish to be present outside of the designated exclusive exhibit hall times listed above.

SUPPORT LEVELS

The Levels of Support are:

  • Platinum Contributor $6,500 (only 3 available on first come/first serve basis)
  • Gold Contributor $5,000
  • Silver Contributor $3,500 (covers OR Technology Cost)
  • Bronze Contributor $2,500
  • Exhibitor Only $1,000

NOTE: If support level is Silver Contributor or higher, please email a high-quality digital copy (PNG, EPS, or TIFF) of your company logo (300 dpi or higher) to Amanda Bartlett at moapaconference@gmail.com

NOTE: If support level is Gold or Platinum Contributor, please send digital copy of ad to Amanda Bartlett at moapaconference@gmail.com.  EPS and PNG are the preferred format of the ad to be emailed. Other formats will be accepted as long the ad is at least 300 dpi. The design specs for the advertisements for Gold and Platinum Sponsors are as follows:

  • Platinum Sponsorship - Full page ad - 5"W x 8"H
  • Gold Sponsorship - 1/2-page ad - 5"W x 4"H

EXHIBIT TABLE DETAILS

Fee includes:

  • 1 – exhibit table with a tablecloth and table skirting. (Table size will depend on the total number of exhibitors present)
  • Chairs/space for two representatives
  • Wastebasket at your space.
  • NOTE: Due to regulation changes, lunch is not provided to exhibitors.

If you require electricity, outlets are available, however, this will incur an additional cost through Liberty Expo, the on-site event management company. Each exhibitor is responsible for providing their own power strips, extension cords, adapters, etc., or these will also incur an additional charge through Liberty Expo. Please indicate on the display agreement form if electricity is required, as I will to plan tables/booth space accordingly
