Exhibitor Information

The MOAPA Annual Primary Care Update will feature a Vendor Hall during the conference. The target audience for the conference includes over 110 physician assistants, nurse practitioners, athletic trainers, and all other healthcare providers of interest.

We had a very successful conference last year with at a new location with a new exhibit hall process. The new exhibit hall space is more than expected, and we were truly humbled at the number of exhibitors present that supported us by attending.  If you participated in 2017, we would like to say thank you for your support! We could not run a successful conference without you!  For those of you who did not attend last year but have attended in years prior, we have moved locales from the Radisson to the Hilton Branson Convention Center, located on the Branson Landing. We did make some changes last year to the conference and exhibit hall process, and some of the highlights we changed and plan to continue are outlined below:

1.     Moved from a 4 day conference to a 3 day conference
2.     Held at the Hilton Branson Convention Center on the Landing
3.     All exhibitors located in the same hall
4.     Larger booth space
5.     Exhibit hall times were combined into two blocks, not spread through the day
6.     Continued the “Exhibit Hall Card” that attendees bring to each booth for exhibitors to sign, check off, or initial - completed cards were entered into a drawing for a cash prize.
7.     Made the cost of the space a tier system, with different benefits at each level of sponsorship. Please click here for details 
8.     Made online registration and payment available

This will be our second year at the Hilton Branson Convention center, and the exhibit space is expansive, but was nearly full last year.  There is room for growth; However, we have heard that word is getting to several, new, potential exhibitors who are interested this year.  Therefore, getting your registration to us ASAP will assure your booth.  As conference time nears and we have more definitive numbers, we will provide the layout of the hall and booth locations to exhibitors.  Remember that selection of space will be on a first come, first serve basis and those who select the Grand Benefactor Exhibit level will get first selection of space and, if spacing allows, will actually have 2 adjoining booths for their area.  Those exhibitors who return their forms first within each level of sponsorship will get the more prime locale (i.e. booths toward the front of the hall), as they will receive first selection of space.

Wednesday, July 18, 2018

3:30 - 5:00 PM - Early registration and set up in the exhibit hall.  Please check in to receive your packet in Fall Creek.

Thursday, July 19, 2018

6:30 AM - Registration and set up begins in the Exhibit Hall.

10:25- 11:55 AM - First round of exhibit hall presentations.

2:55 - 3:55 PM - Second round of exhibit hall presentations.

9:30 AM - 4:00 PM - Exhibit hall will be open to attendees should they want to come by for additional information from you or additional face time with you. It will be up to each individual exhibitor if they want to be present outside of the designated presentation times listed above.

Fee includes:

  • 1 – 8’ x 3’ skirted vendor table with a white tablecloth and black table skirting
  • 2 chairs/space for two representatives
  • Breakfast and Lunch on Thursday if representatives choose to partake in meals

If you require electricity, outlets are available. For all exhibitors that are registered 90 days prior to the event start, Liberty Expo will have information regarding the 2018 MOAPA Primary Care Update online and an email will be sent out regarding extra power strips or any miscellaneous items. Each exhibitor will be able to order these items through Liberty Expo at www.libertyexpo.com.  If extra equipment is needed, the Hilton Branson staff can provide extra power strips and extension cords at an additional fee.
